Raymond Dorame

Raymond Dorame is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of experience in the Western United States, a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a California General Contractor’s License. He is an executive for both MasterCraft Residential and BlackStar Contractors, Inc. His experience includes a wide range of asset classes including residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, mixed use and master planned communities. Mr. Dorame has developed over 60 projects, totaling over $1.5 billion in value. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in land planning, strategic planning, project valuations, financial analysis, entitlements, acquisition, development, construction and disposition. His vast experience includes, but is not limited to, general plan amendments, zone changes, specific plan amendments, tentative maps, parcel maps, conditional use permits, development agreements, CEQA processing, resource agency permits, FEMA submittals and LAFCO applications.

Previously, Mr. Dorame served as Director of Project Management and Forward Planning for Standard Pacific Homes where he oversaw the entitlement and development of over 4,000 lots. He has also served as Senior Project Manager for Classic Development Corporation and Senior Project Manager at EPAC Development.
